The new Mesa JH signature model.

Details man,details

Prediction.

There will be two models.

The first will keep the tradition of uglier versions of classics(snakebyte, iron cross, etc). It will be a bastardized version of the "crunchberries" amp, with ugly tattoos painted on it. It will totally have that "look at what a badass I am when in reality I can't fight worth a cats ass" vibe.

The second, and far more expensive model will follow in the tradition of much finer built and beautiful classics(a la ken Lawrence). There will be a 2-3 year waiting period, will be highly sought after, and completely customisable. Beautiful wood shells housing gorgeously, well thought out electronics. They will be unicorns, desired by all...but seen by few in real life.

But both amps will mimic his tone thru his career. They will sound good for a few years, then sound awesome for a few years, then get kinda "meh". Then they will get better for a while. Kinda hit and miss.

But damn if I won't want one...

You may want to go search the directory again...

Isn’t the address the BAD headquarters?

Yes it is, and the booth number is the Friedman / BAD brands booth. Sort of ends the speculation that BAD bought them...

Curious. On the official app that you register for, there is no listing.
On the public url you’ve got, it appears, but clicking on that booth number (5238), Soldano is not one of the 10 brands involved.

Sort of sounds like BAD added them at the last minute, doesn't it. Seems like a great way to build suspense and do a surprise release to follow up the crazy of the Mike retiring hype...

I thought it was old news that Ari bought Soldano..... the new and improved SLO's should be around the corner

It's been floating around for a while but nothing official. Since Mike officially closed the shop on 12/31 NAMM would make sense to relaunch Soldano as a BAD brand...

I predicted a while ago that Mike wasn’t just going to bury his company in a hole…
Everybody told me I was wrong and laughed…
This is his pension plan, his retirement package…
There will be new SLO100 with a few upgrades, individual channel EQ’s and a much better loop… but everyone that just purchased one over the last few months and paid through the roof $$, will say that the original ones sound so much better…

Oh yeah, I've already seen it starting with guys talking about how it is impossible to clone the DeYoungs and that if Mike isn't involved it isn't Soldano. Hilarious. That said due to guitarist psychology they'd do better to keep Mike as "lead engineer" or something so they can say he is vetting new designs. From the sounds of things Mike said earlier that may be what they are doing anyways, since he already went over the SLO II features on Tonetalk months ago.

Nothing so far...
Last dozen amps I checked out suck. Some of these amps are very popular or cost around $4000. I just don't find stuff I like better than what I have often.
