Amp-wise, the Bogner Uber Ultra seems to be pretty well thought of. I grabbed a PRS MT 100; best deal IMO for a new amp in a long time, 3 channel amp for under 2K...clean is Fender-like, and the lead is sorta boosted Recto. Very 3D/rich tone.
The EVH Iconic is really nice and under 1K. Wizard Hell Razor is also killer...whole other price range tho.
Jeremy's Hellion/Moab also gets lots of love.
