for that bouncing and springy guitar sound at the beginning?

Oh no, Synyster doesn't use effects. He is just that damn good... haha just kidding.. I really wish I knew, but I know he has a shit ton of effects. Most he only uses in studio and never live. Maybe it is a weird reverb? It is really hard to say... for me at least...

That would make sense. I was a little off thinking it was reverb haha (I am a noob). It is wicked sounding though.

Oh and I found out, he doesn't have the Framptone... he has the Frantone sweet distortion. I was always confused as to why (I thought) he had a Framptone... oops. I mix stuff up very easily... obviously.
