IMO, that's likely a mid 70's slant with the skid trays for the amp head. Looks to have been recovered and Eric Collins pinstripe cloth installed, too.
Or it could be a one-off as well. Not enough pics to determine, would need inside pics of the baffle board/cab, too.

After inquiring, it is a AX cabinet, however, the greenbacks were replaced with V30s, grill cloth replaced, as well as the logo.
