Angus is on the right . His tone here is incredible to me . I know they had brand new 2203s on this album according to multiple books I have. But what’s the cab and which speakers ? Assuming green backs ?

That intro always gives me chills when cranked on a good sound system. THAT is vintage Marshall tone at its finest IMO.

I’ve dug deep into that sound back in the day and there are so many conflicting stories from Harry Vanda, George and Angus Young as well as the sound engineer (I forgot his name). They all have claimed both pre rola GBs and H30’s but a big piece of the puzzle on that album sound is the Neumann U47 into a Neve console.
