One of the channels I watch is View Escape.
Anyone else?

I usually find a channel with an interview or some other long talking video. Tone Talk, a Rick Beato interview, Phil McNight Friday chat, Ola interview, Pete Thorn Sunday chat, etc…

I will often close my eyes and visualize my hand and fingers on the fretboard and strangely, this does seem to help me play better.

I also like those walking tours of nature or Italy or Northern Europe. The Disney Channel had some underwater documentaries that were good too.

While I watch I listen and visualize the fingerboard at all times tho.

I should be watching my picking hand because it’s so goddamn sloppy

What? I thought all of us stared into the warm glow of a set of tubes and let the tones create a pallete of aural goodness....

Usually twitch or any livestream with the volume off. Made a huge difference in how long I practice every day
