Im looking for a delay for my rack.

must be midi controlled.

any ideas? around 300 bux.

If you like new gear, you can't go wrong with a TC Electronic D-Two. The Rhythmic Delay feature is awesome -- you can tap in rhythmic patterns and have them quantize to your chosen note values. But I seem to recall that it doesn't offer mod delays, which may or may not matter to you.

or if you can get it cheap enough, a used G-Major 2 would be great, and that does have modulated delays and obviously a ton of other capabilities, too. But new it's closer to $600.

+1 on the Time Factor if you have a shelf in your rack for pedals.

I say go timefactor used or gmajor 2 used. Timefactor is a pedal but can be put on a rack shelf and I have seen it on here for around 300-325 used

Is the timefactor midi?

if it is then thats what Ill get.

its going in a rack, controlled by a ground control.

Timefactor is midi :) Eventide packed it full of features.

I see that the Timefactor description says that it is MIDI-controllable, but the pictures of the unit don't show a MIDI interface. Do you need a Break-out-box to MIDI-control the Timefactor, or am I missing something?

Thanks,

For some reason, most sites never show side pictures of the timefactor to show the midi connections.
I found a pic to show you the goods though
