Honestly he's like one of my favorite guitar players but I've never really listen to him. I always hear him passively like in demo vids ect but have never listen to his record. I actually watched him play as a booth at NAMM a few years ago and just loved his feel and choice of notes. What's his most rippin record?

Never look Back
Hairpick
Plaid

All of them are awesome. Never look back was his first and is more virtuoso rock than bluesy.

plaid is a very bluesy album but with his own twist to it.

You have to get them all, there all great.

Plaid, then Hairpick, then solo debut (as I get older, my taste has changed)
No matter what - he's definitely a tasty player and his tone has grown on me as my ear has matured

I say go buy all of his cd's. He's one of very few rock guitar players (that I know of) who has a swing feel to his playing that doesn't feel contrived. Actually, Van Halen and Saraceno might be the only 2 I've ever heard (in rock) swing in a natural way. Just awesome.

All awesome but I love Hair pick. Plus him and Dweezil do a back and forth jam on it. Great record. And recorded in his house on an old Tascam 3500 console. Dude just kills in the total talent in your fingers dept. Check out his demo of the Afro Fuzz pedal on his site where he plays a one hundred dollar squire into the pedal into an old silvertone 1482. Just shows gear whoring isn't all it's cracked up to be.

All three every one is great. Full Tank has been my ring tone for ever.

My thinking exactly, that damn swing feel without people knowing about it but being there. The only two i know are ed and Blues!!!!!!!!!!

Greg Howe on the Howe II album High Gear was close on a couple tunes, damn fine album.

Plaid is exceptional and I'd take it by a small margin over Hairpick . Get both; they are not redundant.

Hair pick! I agree his swing is at the level of VH and I love the clink he gets in his lead tone. Besides gotta love the heavy remake of my generation! The intro is great we used to open with that tune!

Transmission OK also has some great stuff on it.

I used to have .mp3's of that album and listened to it all the time. Guitars were great.

Can't find it anywhere.

Wonder where I can find it..........

Speaking of Blues...does anyone know where I could find the backing track for "Remember When"?

What about his solo on Taylor Dayne's Can't Fight Fate???

LOL

I like Plaid probably the best.
