I was told by Korg USA that the DSL MLB is only cosmetically different than the DSL100; however, a friend of mine said that his regional Marshall rep told him that was bullshit. According to my friend's Marshall rep, the DSL100MLB has different circuitry and doesn't sound as good as the discontinued DSL100.
It doesn't seem like an unbelieveable story even though I grilled the Korg guys about it and they swore up and down they were only cosmetically different.
Either the Korg people are lying through their teeth, or my friend's rep is full of shit. Does anyone know definitively what the real deal is?
