What's wrong with my Morley Wah pedal?

I've got a Morley Steve Vai Bad Horsie II wah pedal and it's half dead. What's going on?

The normal part of the wah pedal fully works. When you switch it over to the "Countour" side of the wah, It used to have an issue where it would cut in and out. Now however, the pedal just goes dead and the contour side of the wah doesn't work at all. Is there a simple way to fix this issue? or is this guy destined for the ole' pedal graveyard?

you know how to audio trace by any chance ?

usually if something is cutting in and out it's a bad solder joint / connection somewhere ... especially if it finally cuts out and stays out ...
