I picked the reverb/delay option since I assumed that meant the RV-3. I love having both in one pedal and it sounds good to me.

RV3 reverb/delay is actually the only one I've really liked.

I'm trying to get rid of a DD6.

Ah, I'd add DD2 but I think it will reset the poll.

What makes it better?

I prefer the features of the RV-3.

I own of of each being a bit of a delay addict and I honestly couldn't choose which one I prefer.
I must say the one that gets the most use these days is the DD7.

I like my DD-3 a lot. If it's good enough for Joe Bonamassa, it's good enough for me.

the tails of the delay are pretty smooth , not gritty and bright... and it has a more 3d tone then the newer ones , it uses the older style chip like the rack mount boss delays.... its a great pedal

i picked the DD-6. since that's the one i've had for 4 years and still works lol.

That's the kinda thing I was looking for. :) Thanks man.

My DD-20. I keep it set dark and warm like an old analogue delay pedal. Does the trick for me.

Ive had a DD-3 forever. Works for me, for a simple Delay that puts out what you put in...

FUcking A, this^^.

My DD6 sounded very cold and uninspiring. nasty. not in a good way.

The RV-3 enhances and smooths the sound out in a special way.

Worked for:

Sigur Ros
Explosions in the Sky
Radiohead
Incubus
Coal Chamber
Tom Petty
lots more.
