Been using DR for years 10-52, but recently went to D'Addarrio 10-52 because I like the 42 A string size better than the 44 in the DR set. Also, even though I really do love the sound and feel of the DR strings, it really is easy to mess up the wound strings, (intonation-wise, mainly on the low E) on my guitars that don't have locking tuners/nuts on them. If those 2 issues were resolved, I would use DR's 'til the day that I died prolly.
I've never really dug Ernie Ball strings, as they tend to wear out too fast, and I break them way too easily. They are stinkin' cheap though.......
