So ive been looking for a new guitar for awhile and just fell in love with this and im going to make a musikraft replica :thumbsup: whats on rig-talks wish list?

The first is supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks.

I bought an Ibanez RG770DX Reissue in Ruby Red several months ago. They made 200 in red and 200 in blue. I want a blue one but haven't been able to find one that's brand new and unmolested.

Oh, and I want that candy stripe Kramer that sah5150 was selling - but took off the market :doh:
 
my new suhr modern blows me away each time I play it, so I'm gassing for another!
but this time I'll go Telecaster "Devin Townsend" style... be prepared! :D
 
The guitar in the OP is badass and reminds me of one I've been kicking myself for not buying several months ago. Top of my guitar gas list is a Charvel San Dimas (the one I played was Seasick Green - odd label as they look more light blue than "green" to the naked eye).

If I can't find the right San Dimas, next up would be a Prestige Ibanez RG1420F. Basswood with flamed maple top, maple neck/rosewood board, H H direct mounted pups (though a swap would be needed, don't care for stock Nez pups), jumbo frets, Edge Pro trem (thank god, the Zero trem would be a deal breaker, can't stand it), J-Craft build quality, etc. Whats not to like? Those specs very much remind me of my US RG20 (Alder with maple top however) and is an amazing guitar, always wanted another - this would be close and serious bang for buck IMO. Only problem is, I can't find it anywhere (yet)...

And like many here, a Suhr of some sorts (prolly the Modern) would be nice - but thats just a pipe dream ($) for me...
 
I am either buying me a new Gibby CS Les Paul AFD or a CS Tom Murphy aged LP.

I really want a Murphy aged Gary rossington Les Paul and I'm even tempted to sell my red KL explorer to help fund it, first I gotta find one for a decent price and then I will figure out which guitar or guitars to sell to get it.
I also would like a acoustic and a prs modern eagle.
 
Unless I come across a good deal on something else, it'll most likely be a Les Paul of some sort.
 
gassin over a bass VI. prolly a custom. but who knows how long it will be till i get ones

I like my strat, but I'm thinking about trading it in for an identical model with a maple fretboard...getting sick of rosewood for some reason :scared:

I'd like to get a black Edwards Les Paul at some point...and maybe some day if I can get the cash together and find a builder that won't charge me my left nut (I gave up the right one for my VH4 :lol: :LOL: ), my own custom model SG/strat cross :)
 
I've actually got 3 in the pipeline and one planned that hasn't been ordered yet. Images are clickable for larger pics. All guitars are being built by KxK Guitars

These two are in progress:
All White Limba body and neck, ebony board, hieroglyphics inlay at 12th fret:

Black Limba body wings, Rosewood/Ebony neck, Striped Ebony board, figured Bubinga top. The body is chambered.



And one of these will be coming with a Cocobolo neck/board, Black Limba body, and flamed Koa top (a second guitar in seven strings with the same specs except Palisander neck and Ebony board will be ordered later)

 
I really want an early 80's Burny/Tokai/Greco WHITE Les Paul :) It would match my Ibanez RR-V perfect :)

But I'd settle for something like this..
