Yup. He's a fantastic bass player.

Seems to have made a name for himself after Davey504 cut him a break by featuring him on his channel.

Um, most bass players only play one string. The good ones use the other 3 also. It's you guitar players that have the 8 string fanned fret multi-scale fancy crap. Guitar players have way too many strings.

You only need one string to play any Nickleback bassline.
 
If they think that a bass or guitar has too many strings, they clearly have never contemplated a piano or a harp prior to reaching their conclusion
