Where can you buy empty effects pedal shells?

I've decided to build a clone of a Soldano soundman eliminator (Or any other passive attnuator)

Since it's such a simple build, I'm reluctant to pay £25 for a kit, I'd like to see if I could get it cheaper, I may make a 4 or 5 way true bypass looper, the cheap ones cost £80-120, so building one would be much cheaper.

Do you guys think it's worth buying individual parts for the pedal or just buy the kit? Which would end up being cheaper? I know DIY pedal companies have economies of scale on their side, which I don't.
