Thanks Gorehog! I have to say it was the most un-smooth thing I have been through. Glad to finally be settled.

I'm here :)
I've been going like a madman for over 3 months moving from Canada to the LA area. That included selling my house and moving to an apartment in the interim in Canada before I came to the the USA. Then I moved here got settled in North Hollywood then moved again to Woodland Hills, CA. That's a pile of moving!!!! I'm finally getting my feet firmly planted. I am working with Dave and Rob at Tone Merchants. I did a little video yesterday that Reza shot and as soon as we all give it a thumbs up I will be posting it on my YT and link it here.

I also plan on doing a cover tune with the AxeFxII, hopefully this weekend :) I miss posting stuff a lot and I really appreciate you guys and how welcome you all make me feel!!!

Life sure has a way of interrupting the fun stuff :)
I hope to get back to the fun stuff very shortly!

DO they have Uhaul trucks you can rent in Canada and drop off in the US or do you have to just drop everything you own off at UPS??

Getting stuff shipped was a nightmare. I wasn't able to take my SUV across without major cost and hassle, same with most of my belongings. I basically shipped my music gear and some minor personal belongings and flew out with a suitcase filled with some clothes. I just started over here. New furniture, new vehicle, new clothes, household items. Spent a fortune and I ain't a rich dude lol.

Moving again once getting here was another huge expense, however the new place in Woodland Hills is so much better for me. I really feel comfortable now. I can't afford it but it's comfy lol.

I'm pumped now because I'm actually getting my feet planted and I'm starting to enjoy being here. Dave and Rob are the best!!! I'm learning so much working with Dave Friedman. No wonder all the pros bring their stuff to him. Going to work has never been more fun! The fact that the sun shines here everyday is a major bonus too.....no more scraping the snow and ice off my windows!!!
