Hey guys and gals.
I'm getting ready to put in my Blackout H and buy a Blackout S from Duncan for my charvel. I can't find the original 5 way switch, but I don't really want to use it anyway, as it was wired for the original charvel / jackson pickups in some weird way, and I want to be able to just use one or the other pickups, but NOT both. So, I'm wondering if I can just use one of those flat switches as in this:

I'll leave it in the one hum position and then when playing certain passages want to just flip the switch and go with the neck pup? I'm just confused if I want this or this:
