which bareknuckle for modern metal?

I've owned a Painkiller, Warpig, Nailbomb, and Aftermath.

For modern metal the Nailbomb was right there. I liked the Warpig because it was just so ridiculous in the low end and it came out in the mix pretty well but it doesn't stay clean for any kinda of clean channel unless you really lower the pickup but that takes away from the high gain channels.

Anyway the Nailbomb is just perfect in my opinion, can't beat it.

just a quick question while we're on the subject (since i've been searching for a few sets of BK pickups to put in a few guitars); which of their humbuckers are active, and which are passive?
100% all passive. Either alnico or ceramic magnets, handmade, totally awesome pups.

No batteries included

SWEET! thanks brah.

I used to have C-pigs calibrated set in a baritone LP copy that sounded thick and meaty, but it was definitely a more old school death metal flavor. I am looking at some BKPs for a modern metal bands I recently joined, probably the Aftermaths for use with mahogany body and 5150, but I'm not sure... keeping an eye on this thread for suggestions and clips!

I absolutely love my aftermath pickups! By far the best pickup I've ever owned! I play in drop a# and I can still hear every big chord I play with my 7 string perfectly. Definitely the most musical and brutal pick up I've ever played.
