I see several ISP versions, and all I am looking for is something to kill possible feedback when I run my high gain amps at higher volume. I use my volume control, but sometimes forget, so just seeing which version of the ISP (1, 2, G-string) bets suits my needs.

Thanks!

It's a Splawn Pro Stock B+.

I always thought you had to run it through the loop for feedback issues, but y'all are saying in front?

Thanks!

I used a regular Decimator in my old Splawn Pro Mod. I found that using it in the Loop works best for amp related noise (ie hum, feedback etc). Use it in front for pedal related noise. Worked a treat.

This^^^^^^. It is perfect for running in your loop. I have the regular decimator that I use on my marshall combo through the loop and a Prorack G decimator stereo mod through my Diezel VH4.

This sounds perfecto. I presume I just need the regular Decimator II and not the G-String. The regular is more within my budget.

Any of the units will handle business. At home I use the pedals and in my rig I use the rack unit. All of their stuff is top notch!

This^^^^. All of their stuff is on point, Pricy? Yes! Worth it? Absolutely.

OK, thanks! I just purchased the Decimater II (non g-string) and will see how I go. I rarely need one, but good to have on hand.

If I'm just trying to control feedback, how do I run it in the chain. Here's my setup.

Guitar > tuner > wah > SD-1 > amp.

I also have a delay pedal, but rarely plug that in.

Cheers!

I would mess around and see what works best for you but I use mine this way....amp -> cable -> ISP ->Any non time based pedal(s) (If any at all) then -> guitar
