Strymon El Capistan or Empress super Delay or T-Rex reptile 2

I am thinking about a new delay which do you all like more.

I had a Reptile 1 and didn't care for it and have never had either of the other 2 but I hear the Strymon El Capistan is incredible!!

Just get the El Capistan and run it into the input of your amp, then get a Flashback and stick it in your loop. The El Capistan out front sounds GODLY with it's modulation on clean tones. Just go checkout Pete Thorn's demo at 2:36.

I have played the empress superdelay. I didnt have that much time with it, but I overall was not that impressed for the $$$. Again, if I had more time my opinion may have changed. I would have to say go with the El capistan based on the fact that I have never heard a bad review of it.

Strymon El Capistan. I run it in the serial loop for clean sounds and it is unrivalled.

Timefactor is also brilliant (run one in the parallel loop!).

+1- El Cap and Flashback both are amazing.

I'm a simple man... BOSS DD-20 does everything I need. Even allows me to remove the chorus from my board using the DD-20 modulation setting.

Yeah, take a look at the TC Electronic FLASHBACK. I bought (2) of these and the delays are excellent. Very transparent box as well...plus it has a looper option.

I cant resist- good luck, good luck, good luck, good luck, ood luck, od luck,uck,uck,ck,ck,k,k,.........too many choices ,choices, hoices, oices, ices, ces,es,s. :)
