Which Friedman combo to approximate the JJ100 "BE" mode?

I'm considering:

• - Pink Taco
  - Dirty Shirley Mini
  - Runt 20

Which one of these will get me the closest to my JJ100 'BE' mode?

A little about my playing style:

• - The 'BE' mode on the JJ100 sounds more 'angry' to me than the BE100 'BE' mode, which is why I bought it.
  
  - I rarely ever use the 'JBE' mode, but I am planning to send it back to Dave for the channel switching mod to use JBE for a solo boost and a thumb control).
  
  - I typically run the mids and bass dimed and treble around 4 on the dial. Gain usually around 7-8.
  
  - I play in styles similar to bands like the Sword, Mastodon, Sabbath, Elder, Red Fang, 1000mods, Spaceslug, Yuri Gagarin
  
  - I live in that Stoner Rock/Prog/Psyche Rock/Metal range with heavy influence from the Big 4 (Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer) that I grew up on.
