Hey, I've been building up my pedal board lately, and with the pedals I have now, with my DC brick and the power out from my kork pitch black, I have power for everything. However, I am out of 9 volt slots on the DC brick, and I still plan on getting two more pedals. My question is, which of the pedals is it safe to run on 18v? I have all 3 of those slots free. My pedals are:

- Dunlop Kirk Hammet Wah
- Korg Pitch Black Tuner
- ISP Noise Decimator
- EHX Small Clone
- MXR EVH Phase 90
- Fulltone OCD
- Way Huge Swollen Pickle fuzz
- MXR Carbon Copy

And the two pedals I still plan on getting are:
- an xotic booster of some sort (haven't decided yet among the AC, RC, or BB preamp)
- Mad Professor Sweet Honey OD (CB version)

Thanks for any help!

I know you can run the OCD at 18 volts, they even say that at fulltones web site, all thought it does change the characteristics of the pedal, some people like it better, I have never run mine at 18 volts,

Yeap...OCD is the only one of the ones you listed that I know of that can run at 18V...supposedly it sounds better but I've never done it either.

I run my OCD at 18V, I like it. The sound changes, you get a little more headroom and it tightens up a little bit, but it's not OMFG! different, IMO. Noticeable, but still pretty subtle.
