Hey everyone,

For this weeks post, I'd like to share my cover of Whitesnake "Fool For Your Loving". This is the 1989 version from the "Slip of the Tongue" album that featured Steve Vai on guitar. Adrian Vandenberg once stated in an interview that Steve Vai's flamboyant guitar playing was somewhat inappropriate and he should have played more bluesy...I have to respectfully disagree with him there! Vai's guitar fills were a bit extra at times, but that's what made this album stand out, especially on this re-recording (originally appeared on their 1980 album). It's over the top, and I think it's way more unique and fun to play.

Song name: Fool For Your Loving (1989)
Band: Whitesnake
Album: Slip of the Tounge
Year: 1989
Guitar used: Ernie Ball JP16 BFR
Amp: Line 6 POD HD 500x
Software for recording: Audacity

That's killer! I like your guitar sound better than what Vai had on the album. I had no idea that a POD HD 500x could sound so good.
