Yeah, it could've used a bit more volume but it still came out good

Was gonna say. Sounds like a stock DSL... which is a good thing IMO. I have a had a couple in my days.

I've been considering ditching my Randall Lynchbox and selling a bunch of pedals and pups off and just getting a good ol JCM2000 DSL. Ever since I got that live UFO DVD with Vinnie Moore playing 2000's, I've really liked the tone. Seems very clear to me and like the amp covers a lot of ground. I'm not afraid of shared eq either.. i mean what do I usually play? crunch/lead. done.

As a side note, what is a reasonable price for a used DSL? I see them generally around the 750$ mark. I always figured I should be able to score one for less in around the 600$ mark.

The two I had I got for $500 and $550. I think around $600 is pretty fair though, I see then all the time for that around here.
