Why no connection between mental health and Px drug use?

Seems pretty obvious.....

SSRI's, Benzo's, pretty much every drug advertised during any regularly scheduled network television program...be that for weight loss, skin problems, digestive issues, depression, wake up in the morning, go to bed at night, etc, etc. "Ask your doctor if ___________."

Damn near every one of these poisons has some "small print" warning of psychotic side effects up to and including suicidal thoughts.

Yet...we don't questions any of this....why? I know the obvious answer is big pharma and profits.

Are we starting to see the fruits of all this overmedication? It's pretty much systemic at this point.

I always found it weird that a commercial would tell you to ask your doctor about medication.
Isn't the doctor supposed to tell you about medication and not the other way around?

Andy Rooney said it all those years ago, it's been an issue for some time now.
The small print: truth in advertising should require that print be large enough and onscreen long enough to actually be read, it's currently laughable.

I don't know why more people aren't up in arms about these drug companies. I'll fucking die before I go on any of their pills. I was on SSRI's and benzos for a while. It's just a band aid for symptoms people are unwilling to educate themselves about and correct themselves. They listen to their guesser. Ask your guesser if ZOMBIOLOFT is right for you.

Yep, been on them all. The only thing they do well is render your dick useless. If that's what you want, an SSRI is right for you.

Yeah....can't imagine the malady worth making the pecker merely a pissin' tool.

Glad I grew up before the overmedication started. I would 100% have been put on something for ADD/ADHD as a kid.
