I was only half joking when I said "become orthodox". Like you think I should post clips, I think you should become orthodox. Someday I might post a clip, or video actually since I have vids. Someday you might be orthodox. No hard feelings. Be blessed.

iRigs are cheap and plug in to your cellphone. Super easy for cellphone clips.

I made a quick clip using one at a request to compare some of my pickups. Not super high quality but clear enough to tell pickups apart

True, but I've seen a few post clips. PLX ❤️, Dan T ❤️, Dan, and the other Dan mostly. I don't ultimately care, it's just funny when people have such high opinions but nothing to back it up with. Also where it really starts to get weird, imo, is when people won't even post pics of their gear, but gig forty days and forty nights every weekend. :ROFLMAO:

I'm just whatever at this point. I'm working on a few new recordings myself. PLX told me about some tricks that I finally looked into, so hopefully it starts sounding a bit less mushy. Pretty sure he was hinting at it to me in a nice way :ROFLMAO: I still feel like the streaming services are making it worse though as they sound nothing like the files that were uploaded.

I do all the guitar, drums, bass, synths, violin, piano... etc in mine, but then get too ahead of myself trying to figure out which should be lead or topline and then come out with none :ROFLMAO: I've been focusing lately on trying to get into/interpret the 80s hair metal stuff which historically hasn't been my thing, but hopefully it comes off okay. Thanks for the clip! ❤️

I used a Drum Machine and a Mackie Mixer.. No Computers..

Crazy that brought up a lot of memories for me from mentioning that year. Gave birth to my first, broke up with my last band followed by one of the band mates(also she was my bff) dying, moving to lala land for postgrad school, sleeping never.

Really tho.. That time for me was when I felt the way Charvel1975 feels now..
Generally speaking, I think you really need to be heavy narcissist or be driven by some dysfunction for the most part to do this kind of thing..
Plenty of good players out there.. Some are just in the right place at the right time and were able to ride that wave..

I never had a lot of bands.. People are hard to deal with. Everyone wants to run the ship when most should STFU.. People are flakey and hard to get on the same page. The best time to make it in a band is when everyone is young and has nothing to lose. Get a few people with good jobs and they're ego is out of control when really they are the weak link.

Over the years I still felt like I was part of something by practicing, buying recording gear and making clips. But I really don't fell like that anymore. At some point you have to ask yourself why do I think people should be into my stuff?? You need to get on with life..

Lots of haters out there too. Nobody wants to hear your clips. Nobody gives a fuck what you went thru in life.. Nobody will help you because they want the same thing you do but will work harder at undermining you instead of bettering themselves.. That's life.

I bought my 1st Tube Amp at the hot shit local Guitar Store back in the day before Guitar Center came and killed them all. It was a brand new Stereo Tube Amp when Rack Gear was still popular.. I get the thing home and the 1st thing I did was take the cover off so I could see the Tubes! Those fuckers took all my brand new tubes and put in their old dusty mismatched branded Tubes.. Didn't even bother to wipe them off.. This was a new in box Amp.. I was innocent with a dream back then. I might be in jail if that happened today..

Fuck the Music Buis.. I get to sleep in my bed every night and nobody knows who I am.. :D
