I was listening to these two yesterday while driving here in Belgium and thought I would do a throw down poll as on TMS!! Which one do you prefer? It is a close race for me but I would have to say "Wicked Sensation". George just smokes on this CD, but I do prefer Robert Mason over Oni Logan in the vocals dept.

I have to go with Wicked Sensation, based on the title track alone.

I love Wicked Sensation and couple of other tracks on the debut but overall prefer Lynch Mob

I voted WS, but the 2nd album is killer too! Jungle of Love is an amazing song.

I can't pick... Both were so freaking good it'd be impossible to try to pick one over the other... Imho, one of Lynch's finest solos was the ending one on "When Darkness Calls". Probably one of his most underrated too!! \m/\m/

THIS.

I also always felt that Mason's vocal style was a better fit for George's music.

His tone isn't as rockin' on LM, it's like they've subdued it a little bit in the mix and the solos are just on the edge of not being loud enough.

His solo on Tie Your Mother Down really doesn't fit, but the rest is amazing playing and awesome riffs. Very underrated disc.

I definitely prefer Wicked Sensation. I like Lynch Mob, but LOVE Wicked Sensation. I prefer Oni's voice by a mile over Robert Mason. Oni has a really distinctive style and sound to his voice while Robert Mason has probably a better voice but much less distinctive. Mason sounds like Hard Rock Singer 101.

Yes, I know, very difficult to choose!! Both are awesome in IMO!!!

Prefer RM over OL so I guess it is LM for me. The Secret is such a killer track...

Definitely Wicked Sensation. Oni and George work so well together. I thought Smoke and Mirrors was pretty amazing too!

Whats the matter? Forgot BFTA and UL&K in IL?

Didn't vote (couldn't choose). They're both equally killer discs.

No I actually have BFTA here with some songs from UL&K and T&N. Just was not listening to it at the time.
