Will a Naked do this tone?

What a phenomenal album that was, just pure raw energy

Curious to hear opinions from those who either own/have played the Naked

I'm going to be trying one in another 2 weeks or so, and can chime in if theres no response till that time
 
I mean the Naked could do that tone, but, I don't feel that is what it is best suited for. The Naked really is a far more modern sounding amp for smoother tones & real well fitted for down-tuned guitars. I think the hbe would give you a closer tone to that than the Naked.

Hmm Interesting. I own a KS modded JMP... it sound awesome, and was just checked by dave, and got new K&S Caps. I can get somewhat close to this "New Iommi tone" in the HBE with the treble back compensated by the presence and the bass up. But it's still not quite there... the HBE is not that "big" sounding.. more chewy and crunchy... where as the Naked seem to sound huge with more "hollowness"
