First and foremost, HUGE thanks to Rob and Dave for coordinating with me to get some time to chat. Dave was busy as all get-out and I really appreciated it.

Funny story, I was shaky as f*ck! LOL! Dave was like, "man you ok? You drink too much coffee?" This was my first NAMM AND my first time interviewing people so... Dave was awesome and was nice to finally meet Rob in person.

Anyway, there's some really cool stuff coming! 3 pedals - The DP-OD which is a 2 channel version of the BE-OD with some nice additions, the Golden Pearl OD which is a low gain drive pedal and the "No More Tears" Gold '72 Wah.

I’m really surprised the lack of coverage the BE-50 getting.

I have a vid of some kid shredding it up on a headless Kiesel 7-string. I will get it uploaded this evening. The pedals look awesome though as does the set neck single cut.

I too am surprised that there's not a lot of talk about it. I have certainly offers my services to do a full play through demo like I did with the Butterslax... just saying! LOL! :D

You did a great job, I'd like to know more about that wah.

Hey thanks! I wanna check the DP out personally! Interested to hear it with the Dirty Shirley.

Dave is way more patient and awesome than he needs to be. I know this first hand as well. :D

Man... he's gotta stop with this awesome shit. I just ended my Friedman sponsored mid-life crisis.... :(

Nice job Jer!

Yeah man he was super cool! Oddly enough, I met a ton of cats like Phil X, Rudy Sarzo, Geezer, etc and Dave was the only person I got nervous around! Lol!

"Very Cool Video" Dave really comes up with Inspiring pieces of equipment! So much going on at NAMM, must have been great to meet him!

When I met Allan Holdsworth & Jeff Beck (years ago) that was Nerve-Wreaking, as a guitarist myself, "Great Video!"

Yeah man he really does! It’s crazy when you look back over the last two years and see how much stuff he’s brought. The Runt series, BE50, Slax, Power Grid, Buffer Bay, Pedal Boards, guitars... talk about staying busy!

I met Dave last year at Sweetwater and was really cool. I was more nervous meeting his guitarist to be honest. Most people don't realize who he is but I was watching some of his mannerisms last year when watching a Friedman video online and was like "That's Dave Black, the guitarist from the band Seduce!!". Me and my friends used to watch "Decline of Western Civilization Part II" like crazy when I was in the military and Seduce was our favorite band they featured in the movie. Dave Black was really cool and told me they still get together and do shows, etc.

Nice! “Colleen” was my favorite song on the soundtrack to Decline!
