Wiring a 4x12 to run in stereo / mono

Sup guys?

I'm looking to wire my cameron 4x12 so that I can use my ccv and my uber together ... Or just flip a switch and use the whole cab with one amp... Anyone have any diagrams ?

Here's a couple that use shunting type jacks. The easiest thing though would be to just buy one of the Marshall style stereo/mono switch plates.
