Wiring diagram for HSS, 1 volume, no tone, split humbucker?

Googled and can't find exact diagram.
HSS, single volume pot, no tone or other pots, 5 way switch. I want the Duncan JB in the bridge position to split with the middle single coil when the switch is in position 2.
