If they destroy property, commit violence, or deny access to others who are allowed access, etc. they should be arrested and prosecuted.
If they are found guilty, they should be suspended or expelled; no refunds, no transcripts, no degree.
If they are here on a student visa, they should have their visa revoked and deported.
Better yet, give them all a one way ticket to Gaza, Israel, Ukraine, Yemen, etc., they can sort the rest out once they get there.
