Ok, I want an OD that can make the amp tighter and more articulate than it already is. I wish for my epic TONEZ to remain the same. So indeed, the OD I seek is very special as most color the tone a bit.

I believe many members of the Rigtalk brotherhood call this the, “BRUTZ.”

Anyhow, that should clarify the feature set that I seek. I don’t care what brand it is, as long as it delivers. I would prefer to stay away from the tainted products of he who shall not be named. I also do not wish to acquire the dusty tree OD.

PREPARE FOR INTENSE NEGOTIATIONS.

I have decided to join the vast ranks of the recent global greed pandemic. I expect to buy significantly cheaper and get, “bro’d out,” by a member here, and then when I sell it I will mark it up in an exorbitant manner. Now that I am a greed monger this is what I do. If anyone else has a desirable piece of gear, I will give you next to nothing for it and then mark it up in the most preposterous and egregious manner imaginable and greedily make an enormous profit.

PREPARE FOR INTENSE NEGOTIATIONS.
 
For this purpose, I would suggest the KSR ares for more modern stuff

And for more classic tones I would suggest a Klone or a Voodoo Sparkle drive

Is tHis KSR Ares you so casually speak of a pedal, or an amp? Also, I preferred their products when they used to be cool as Rhodes amplification. Once they became initials they lost their soul bro. I will give you $5 for it.

Yeah it's a combo TS/line driver type thing. Super versatile
 
Get an OD1X. It's the one pedal that has stayed on my board for years now. Adds upper mids, without sucking the low end like so many others do. Leaves the tone 'big' so to speak. Another RTer likened it to almost putting a Cameron type tone/grind to a stock amp. Since I always enjoyed any Cam I've owned, maybe that's why I still enjoy and use the OD1X.
