Yamaha THR noise (help)

Yo fellas.
Got a Yamaha thr10II…killer little amp other than it sounds a little cooky. See short vids below. Anybody had a similar experience and if so…any fixing this.
Things I’ve tried. Different outlets I house different guitars and different cables. It only does it on the special and hi gain channels, and does not do it at all with headphones.

That sucks. I hope it is repairable. Like a wonky pot? Is it under warranty? I'm reading people are getting completely new boards under warranty.
