Started getting more into 'tone matching' with my Kemper... all of these are right off the kemper, could have gotten them closer in the DAW but this is with no external fx. Everything is the Kemper, including the reverb. I know it's not 100% (nothing can be, I don't play like Eddie and I'm not sure if my voicings are always correct) but still not bad. I'm doing a few from each album, should be interesting when I'm done.

Holy shit, that sounds killer. Straight in DAW??

Yup, straight in. No EQ or reverb or anything on the tracks, what you hear is straight off the Kemper.

Thanks man! I will never get rid of my tube amps, but it's certainly a fun piece of gear to play with.

They all sounded dead on Pete. That Panama was so kick ass!

Sounds great Pete!! You need to come profile the SL68!

DTNA was the closest imho. Like you said, a little bit gainy... but definitely the right sort of tone.

Darrell, if you come over here, I can already have my setup ready for maximum profileage. And show you how these things really work... I'm getting so much better results than when you were over last time.

Are those your profiles, stock Kemper models, or did you download/purchase them?

Sounds great.

Closest I've heard anyone sound to those tones, they're all subtley different as well so well done!

You can come round and profile my Peavey Rage 158 if you want.

Sounds great!!! For a split second I didnt realize the beginning was the actual song and thought Holy Shit this is perfect... Your tones are really good!!!
Are all three the same? The Feel Your Love tone is really close!!!

I just realized that the first part was EVH then you come in after the short fade.

I didn't know the Kemper did tone matching. Are you tone matching off an isolated track?

Sounds really good!

This is going to open a few eyes/ears. :D

Sounds great!

Yeah, you might want to go back and edit the original post so that folks know the first part is EVH.

Great job!

Sounds incredibly good, especially DTNA. How do you do this? And... of course, I must have these profiles! :D

C'mon, cough 'em up!

Seriously, great stuff man! I could have a lot of fun with these. I'm very impressed with what you've done with the Kemper! Every profile of yours I've tried has been great!
