I made it almost two weeks working at Ponderosa circa 1991.
I remember adding water to powder to make taco meat for the buffet.

My one Friday night shift I did, and think of all the 400lb buffet eaters out there.

Well, the manager comes into the back where I am scraping dishes and putting them thru a dish washer and asks me to go into the mens room and clean it.
