Played everything under the sun....tons of guitars and tons of amps thru the years. :yes:

Like Gas and Fire....my latest combo FUCKING RULES!!!!!! :rock:

Esp Custom shop....and FJA Modded Mesa Dual Recto....thru two Randall Lynchbox 4x12's.it dont get better then this! :thumbsup:

My Luxxtone Cali with my SLO thru 2 Pacific Thieles (EVM BL & EVM SRO Alnico) of course. Are there other rigs? :confused: ;) :lol: :LOL:
 
For metal: my Custom 24s with BKPs through my Herbert.

For everything else: my Custom 24s through my 20th XTC.

Pretty much anything I run through my Herbert, but I'll say Paul Reed Smith Singlecuts with Ernie Ball Cobalt strings, through my Herbert and into a Diezel FL 4x12 and Mesa Recto 4x12.
 
Cali mod jcm 800 w/clean, masters, and gains footswitchable, a les paul and a carbon copy delay in the loop. Ive gone through a shitload of amps and for what I play theres nothing better

Yeah I have a delay in the loop as well....just adds that slight 'extra' sauce when needed. Best thing is when its on...its barely noticeable. ;)
 
I have a few different magic combo's but the one that's been with me longest:

Gibson Les Paul Custom & Mesa Triaxis Rig.

I played thru a Triaxis in a local music store about 5 years ago. So punchy.....my buddy was the manager of the store...
and we cranked it BEYOND gig level one night after the store closed thru a full stack....Holy hell..it was shaking everything in the room. Sounded so good all we could do was laugh. :yes:
 
I've had a few standout combinations for my tastes, but my two absolute favorites are:

-Hamer Korina Vector with a MCP Detroiter into a Fortin Cali Marshall JMP
-Jet Earlewood with a MCP Garuda into a Fortin Natas

Honorable mention:
-Gibson Les Paul Custom '68 RI with a BK Ceramic Warpig into a Cameron HG Jose Marshall JMP
-Gibson Les Paul Custom '68 RI with WCR Icebuckers into a Cameron Modded Uberschall
-Jet Earlewood with a MCP Garuda into a Fortin Cali Marshall JMP
 
As of right now my favorite tone I've had, dream tone wise has been:

Mammoth Custom "JerEvil" guitar
Duncan Custom (bridge) / Full Shred (neck)
VHT/Fryette Deliverance 120
Madison Oversized 4x12's
Celestion V30/12-75 in cross pattern

This was a ballsy rig that punched like crazy


New rig may beat this out though. Just waiting on my 2013 Splawn Quick Rod.
 
Les Paul and a Mark Series Mesa for heavy. I'd also settle for a modded Marshall.


For clean, a Fender Strat and Fender or Mesa on a clean channel.
