Loose Knobs?

Hey guys! As you know I got my Einstein and absolutely love it!
I've noticed when adjusting the EQ knobs that there is a little bit of play before they actually turn. Is this normal? They also very slightly move in a out.
I'm only asking because my Marshall has no movement.

The knob set screw is dead center in the front.
2.5 metric allen wrench.
Tighten it up. Simple.
 
Can't speak for the Einstein, but I've owned a Herbert and a Dmoll and the knobs were tight with no play what so ever. I remember thinking they were some of the most sturdy pots/knobs I'd come across in an amp.

Hmm who knows! Maybe I should try loosen them then tighten because I can’t get them any tighter.
