Using "Send 2" on a VH4

Hi Guys,
I'm relatively new to the VH4 but so far I'm loving it. Great amp!
I am trying to get the "send 2" programmed into my foot switch so I can turn my delay / reverb on and off, regardless of what channel I am on.
I am using an ENGL Z9 foot switch.
When I try to program a MIDI button on the foot switch to turn on the send 2, I hit the store button twice as the owners manual suggests (when send2 is lit). When I go to use that function (send 2) the amp changes the channel to whatever channel I was on when I stored it.
Is there a way to be able to turn the send2 on or off with out switching the channel of the amp?

Sorry for the confusing explanation

Steve

Hi Steve,

I think you already send me an email. You got my reply.
Please note, that the Engl Z9 has an other pin configuration
for the phantom power and can destroy parts inside the amp.

Best regards,
Peter

Thanks very much for the quick reply and yes I did send an email to support as well.

Should I stop using the ENGL Z9 pedalboard to control the Diezel VH4?

Steve
