Renegade F2 fuse blown a couple of minutes after turning on

So today I decided to get my Egnater Renegade running again after many years letting it idle (over 6 years unplugged, ever since my first boy was born) and it run in stand-by for a couple of minutes before it lost all power.

The blue light at the front went dark and the fan stopped spinning.

The AC fuse under the power cable was still intact, but I used the spare anyway, just in case. Still dead.

So I opened up the cab and could see that the F2 fuse was blown.

So my first question, today being the weekend in Brazil and no electronic shops are open is: is the AC spare fuse the same specs to the F2 and can I use the AC spare on the F2 fuse slot?

Second question is what could possibly be wrong, if the amp was working alright 6+ years ago and only sat unplugged for all these years that took the fuse?

The power tubes were all shining as they should.

Thanks for any input.

Also, from the board, I can read 5T T5AL/250V.

The T5AL/250V part I think I get it: timed/slow blow, 5A, L low break capacity, 250V. Is this right?

But what does the leading 5T mean?
