Bitchin!

Is there any sort of pedal in front of the COD in that clip? I don't remember ever being able to get my COD to sound that fuzzy.

Clips sound great! Love the VX and BMan blues. SL2x and EG5 clips sound awesome, too.

Jeff, are these clips with the M4 or the Mod50 (or both)?

I love the clickiness of the BMAN clip - best of the bunch for me.
I was pulling for the Vox Blues but after 5 A/B listens - the BMAN has it beat.

This concept of clickiness (audible string and pick attack coming through the
speaker - not being picked up by a (bed)room mic that's too close to the
guitar) is one of the most important factors in soulful blues passages for me.

People might call it chime or woodiness or whatever... I don't know, but the
BMAN's really got it in this clip.

my favorite is the eg3/4

very thick and sweet.

the sl2x clips sounded damn fine.

eg5 sounded great as well.

i would have not thought those clips were gonna sound so smooth when i look at the pix of the actual settings that were used on the modules!

At one point I posted the pics of the modules during recording at certain time. They were not the setting for the clips posted.

I am really digging that Blues BMan clip. I'm not really even a blues guy, but
that module sounds really authentic.

I may need to add that to my arsenal. Really great clip.

I wish I could get my recordings to sound that great, too.

Hilly, why aren't these on the website? At least I can't seem to find them. I've told some dudes about the clips, but they can't find them there.

I like the mid character and the thickness, but the rhythm tones are really muffled for the rhythm clips.

I want to say that Keith Howland did the rhythm tracks separately and then they
did the lead work at Wagener's studio. That would explain the difference.

Nice!I just listened once (on my crappy HP's...) but i liked the COD blues better than the Bassman & the Vox blues..more "body" to the lead sound (it could be the guitar..?).The drop dead SL2X and EG5 were fine too as well as the country (T/D ?)!

My vote goes to the Bman. Sounded really nice. Of the Drop Dead clips I like the EG5 more. Very cool.

Nice clips!

I am new to this site but, I just sat for a hour listening to your samples and there are awesome....

I have been playing guitar on and off for the past 35 years and after listening to "Dead Leg" I really need a few more years to catch up....

Do you have any more I can listen to?

LOVED the multi-tracked leads on Drop Dead, wish there was a pedal that did such doubling. Very cool playing too!
