In before the major shit storm brews on this one. :D

No I think the ship has sailed. But I am honest when I say the toanz in the videos I heard were really badass and I am all about the end result.

But anyway my real list:

Bogner Uberschall (I favor Rev. 2) (just perfect for me, such a badass perfect metal tone)
VHT Pitbull 100CL (probably the most aggressive and unique amp I have ever played)
Orange Rockerverb (Great gain and probably the best cleans on any high gain amp I have played)
Diezel Herbert (The most crushing feel it in your ribs tone ever)
Peavey 5150 (Solid workhorse and probably one of the most used amps around)

I am a metal guy and cannot take anything away from Fender cleans or the amazing Dumbles, Friedmans or countless other amps that I have not played personally. There are a few that would probably knock some of these off my list if I actually got to play with them but that is my current list.

#1 amp want that I will probably never get to play is the Friedman JJ

I probably have to go with five of my current amps.
1. Dual Rec Tremoverb
2 VHT Pittbull Classic
3. Top Hat King Royale
4. Bogner Ecstasy Classic
5 Engl Invader 100

I have a few of the amps mentioned but will never play the majority of the ones on the list.
I do have a secret-lust list fueled by you guys. (..daily really)
That's why we spend years to find some of these amps.
Might be fun to see a spreadsheet of the poll results.

I'll stick to amps I've owned, then a list of amps used on my favorite recordings...

My amps:
1. Bogner Ecstasy (20th EL34 and Classic, cant pick)
2. Dr. Z 6545
3. Bogner Shiva 6l6, through an open back cab
4. Marshall JCM-900 model 4500
5. Dr. Z EZG-50

Honorable mention: Diezel VH4S (Channels 2,3,4), Soldano Decatone

Recordings:
1. Marshall Plexi (The list/reasons why is too big)
2. Marshall Silver Jubilee (Slash and Frusciante do it for every time)
3. Bogner Fish/Shiva/Uber, or Friedman Marsha,JJ100 (jerry tone, I love it all)
4. 1959 Fender Bassman (Brian Setzer was my second guitar hero)
5. 1959 Fender Tweed Deluxe (Neil Young's nasty stuff makes me cry)

What’s amazing to me is this thread is almost 7 years old and the amps listed back then pretty much the same as they list out today...guess these are all time amps

Welcome to the year 2024 and the cars still don't fly, but in the movie "back to the future 2" they were already flying in 2015

Here are my Top 5+1

Cameron Atomica/CCV
Bogner Ecstasy 20th
Bogner Shiva
Morgan AC20
Marshall JVM410H
