About to pickup a Boss DD-500. I've been using a TC Alter Ego X4 and I'm trying to keep a similar form factor with the DD-500. If I have the DD-500 in A/B/C preset mode meaning that you are giving up the TAP/CTRL footswitch for an additional "C" preset, does it allow you to also hook up an external tap tempo footswitch via the 1/4" input on the back?
