Does anybody have the definite word if these 2 are exactly the same speaker? I hear contradictory stories

I've heard from the Fryette guys that it's the same speaker with just a different label and paint job.

I have both albeit in different style cabs. 2 quads of the Gs in Fryette FB cabs and a quad in a rear loaded Wizard cab. While the cabs sound different, it’s more due to the cab difference than the speaker difference. I’m pretty sure they are essentially the same. Dave at Avatar would probably know if there was any discernible difference other than cosmetic as mentioned above

How are these speakers for high gain?

I’m gonna be soon building a new 2x12, and I’m very tempted to do it front loaded and try some F70’s. They look cool and I’ve never used non-Celestions before.
