Bringing the meat! (CLIP!)

Ok... so we've started laying basic track for our new CD. First up was a song called Morphine & Chocolate. It's a slow muddy AIC vibe song that has a fairly cool groove, IMHO. Check it out and tell me what you think of the guitar tone so far. Please keep in mind that these are rough tracks and that I have not done any solos or guitar candy yet... this is just rhythm work so far.

I dig the groove, and the grit of those high notes in the original riff....nice.
