Have any of you guys checked out any of the Carr Amps? I recently downloaded a few Carr profiles for my Kemper and I think they have an incredible tonal pallet. I can play anything from light blues, jazz, hard rock and death metal with these profiles, just wondering if the actual amps themselves are as versatile and tonal as the profiles?

What is it with this place?

Why is it so damned dead?

Not even one reply?.....over a year?

I'll give it a shot..........

Carr makes great amps!!!

If hand wired, extremely well built, very-very toneful, (albeit pricey) are your thing, hard to go wrong with Carr.

They are a mix of classic sounds, with just the slightest touch of modern to make them interesting.

Most of the ones I've tried out are lower power (less than 40W), lighter, most sold in small combo form.

I currently own a Mercury V, and love it. Reminds me more of a lower powered Plexi than anything else. There's tons of info on Carr including videos, and Carr's own YT channel.

Do a search and check them out!
