Friedman SS

How is it? Broad, I know. For a dude like me who doesn’t want a bright or a lower gain amp, who wants a warm amp without a spikey, fizzy, or harsh high end, an amp that’s feels good and doesn’t fight against you...would it suit me? I tend to play with a lot of gain, and set amps darker without a lot of treble and presence. Is this amp worth the jump, or are there other that would fit the bill? Only other Friedman Ive ever had was a PT20 and it was cool, but was a TAD shy on gain and was tighter in feel than I tend to use.
