Hey guys,

This thread doesn't get much use, but as a very long time lurker here, thought I would introduce myself with a clip of one of Dave's mods. Since my music gig is kind of a power pop band, I don't get to let it rip very often so this was alot of fun.

This is a '74 Superbass Dave modded with the KS including a Sat switch with the JBE voicing. In testing it out, it seemed appropriate to take a shot at a classic AIC song. Signal chain is guitar straight in, 1x12 scumback stuck in a closet, sm57, apogee. Got the backing track off the interwebs.

Here's another one for posterity. Sound checking the HBE this time.

Sounds killer Dave. I own a 2013 GM board BE100 and a December 2014 BE100. I love them both as I have put them through hell playing live. Sturdy, reliable and just crushing. I run straight in HBE using my guitar volume to clean up. UK V30 cabs. Dudes all bring up Working Man off of All the Worlds a Stage but with more sustain. Thanks for breaking the mold. No fizziest.
