Problems with the loop on Helios Eclipse?

Anybody else experiece any problems with the loop on their Eclipse?
I had to return mine since there was a major malfunction in the loop.
There was something wrong with the SEND jack, as there would be hum/crackling sound at full volume if I touched the jack...
Anybody ever experience anything like that?

I had a lot of hum in the first one I had, (regular Helios, not the Eclipse) and it "popped" when I hit my delay pedal. Exchanged it for a new one, no issues.
