So, I think that means the amp was made in October of 2006 *OR* October of 2016 and was the 713th 20th Anniversary XTC made.

As 20ths came out in '09 or '10 I'm going to assume this is a 2016 model.

Right?

2016 is what I recall. Plus the footswitch is the newer gray one.

the Bogner is more compressed and has more harmonic overtones - VH2 is more raw.
